Our Story
Hi there , I am Leah Hernandez proud owner of Lada’Nada LLC. A food Production company.
One of the many things we do is make the best Empanadas you’ve ever had.
I’ve always believed that food carries stories, and for me, empanadas tell a story of resilience, joy, and new beginnings.
After moving to a new state far from everything familiar, I found myself longing for the simple comforts of home, the smell of something warm and delicious filling the air, and that first bite that just feels like love.
That’s when I turned to the kitchen and started making empanadas, just like I remembered. Crispy, flavorful, and made with heart. What began as comfort for myself quickly became a way to connect with others and share a piece of my story.
